Construction Arbitration & Mediation
In many construction-related disputes, mediation or arbitration can be a less costly and more expeditious means to achieve resolution. Axley's Madison, Wisconsin attorneys represent owners, professionals and contractors in mediation and arbitration proceedings involving construction disputes. The firm employs two attorneys who serve as arbitrators for the American Arbitration Association for construction-related disputes.

Our arbitration and mediation attorneys are acutely aware that arbitration and litigation costs can be substantial. Wherever possible, we encourage and participate in construction-related mediation to create win-win solutions and to settle construction disputes amicably. Axley employs several attorneys who routinely act as mediators in construction-related claims.
