Criminal Defense Team Members

Brian Hough
Brian Hough represents clients in a variety of criminal defense law cases, including drunk driving (OWI), battery, disorderly conduct and more. He has won dozens of jury trials, including obtaining a "not guilty" verdict for a defendant who admitted that he drove drunk at over three times the legal limit and struck a pedestrian at a speed of 65 m.p.h., and a “not guilty” verdict on behalf of a law enforcement officer accused of drunk driving at twice the legal limit.

Patrick Fiedler
Patrick Fiedler is a former Dane County Circuit Judge. During his 18 years as a judge, he presided over thousands of cases covering all types of criminal charges. Prior to that, Mr. Fiedler served as a prosecutor in state and federal courts, and has tried over 60 jury cases ranging from misdemeanors to serious felonies including homicide.

Gesina (Ena) Seiler
Ena Seiler represents criminal defense clients charged with OWI, battery, drug possession and disorderly conduct, among other charges. Ms. Seiler also previously prosecuted municipal ordinance violations like traffic citations, OWI, drug possession, disorderly conduct, and truancy for Wisconsin municipalities and other local governments.

Timothy Edwards
Timothy Edwards litigates cases including criminal matters extensively in federal courts across the United States. He regularly publishes articles on electronic discovery issues in both state and federal court, and gives seminars and litigated cases across the country that involve complex electronic discovery issues.
