Jodi Shields Yin is an attorney and member of the Litigation Practice Group, practicing in the areas of family law, insurance defense, insurance coverage and personal injury. Ms. Yin focuses on family law and routinely handles divorce, legal separation, paternity, annulment, guardianship, termination of parental rights, adoption, and emergency divorce actions. She has successfully represented individuals in disputes involving child custody, child placement, child support, property division and maintenance, and she is trained in collaborative family law.

Ms. Yin also handles a variety of other general civil litigation matters.

Ms. Yin received her law degree from Washington University in Saint Louis, where she served on the editorial board of the Washington University Law Review (formerly Law Quarterly) and received CALI awards for outstanding achievement in legal research and writing and for coursework in Children and the Law. Ms. Yin is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Wisconsin, the United States District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.
