Larry Libman is a partner in the law firm practicing in the areas of business law, real estate law and securities law.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Libman was an owner/manager of a family-owned manufacturing company. He has spoken at various seminars about real estate law and other real estate-related topics. He has consistently been named one of Madison's "Top Lawyers" by Madison Magazine in the areas of real property law, contracts law and securities law.
Significant Representations:
- Assisted clients with the acquisition, development and financing and sale of dozens of apartment complexes, condominium projects, condominium hotels, residential subdivisions and commercial real estate projects often involving properties valued at hundreds of millions of dollars
- Represented clients in the licensing of patented and un-patented technology with companies located in North America, Europe, Asia and Africa
- Represented clients in the formation and structuring of complex business entities for the ownership of real estate properties and many other types of businesses
- Represented clients in both the acquisition and sale of businesses in a variety of industries ranging from small retail and service companies to large manufacturing companies involving multimillion dollar transactions
