Mediation & Arbitration
While litigation is a traditional way to resolve civil disputes, Axley attorneys work to reduce the risks and costs of litigation with Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). ADR often offers benefits over traditional litigation, including a quicker resolution of disputes, and one tailored to the client’s needs, often at a significantly lower cost.

Axley attorneys work closely with their client to determine the best method for a resolution of their particular dispute. We believe that all methods should be considered, including arbitration, mediation or traditional litigation. Whether it be on the plaintiff or defense side, Axley attorneys will work with an ADR process that best achieves an economical, prompt and effective solution for the client. Axley attorneys have extensive experience in a wide rage of litigation matters, including personal injury, insurance defense, class actions and multi-party complex litigation.

Besides representing clients in ADR, in both arbitration and mediation, Axley has several attorneys who are routinely asked to act as mediators or arbitrators. This is because of the impartial and reasoned analysis they bring to each dispute. Axley attorneys are in demand due to their extensive trial experience which gives them an understanding of the legal issues involved and the value of a case.
