Megan Snyder is an attorney at Axley, specializing primarily in contract drafting, business transactions and succession planning for small business owners. Ms. Snyder’s drafting experience extends to corporate and LLC formation documents, buy-sell agreements, leases and asset purchase agreements. Ms. Snyder also works in the areas of estate planning, securities and tax.

Ms. Snyder received her law degree from Drake University Law School. While in law school, she served on the Drake Law Review and as the 8th Circuit Governor for the American Bar Association - Law Student Division. Ms. Snyder also served on the Student Bar Association.

After graduating from the University of Wisconsin - Madison, Ms. Snyder spent time in Tanzania, working with a non-profit women’s organization promoting sustainable economic development through microfinance loan programs. While in law school, she interned for the U.S. District Court for the District of Nebraska and clerked at LaMarca & Landry PC in Des Moines, Iowa. Ms. Snyder was a summer associate at Axley in the summer of 2010.
