Michael Anderson is a partner in the firm. His litigation practice, trial and appellate, focuses on a variety of commercial and business litigation, products liability and personal injury litigation. Mr. Anderson's commercial practice includes dealership and distribution contracting, domestic and international, covenants not to compete, nondisclosure agreements and confidentiality agreements.
He acts as outside general counsel for several clients, providing advice on mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, corporate compliance, transactional and general corporate issues. Mr. Anderson supervises foreign and domestic litigation for his general counsel clients. Since 2003, Mr. Anderson has been on the governing board of Blackhawk Church and currently serves as external General Counsel and Secretary of the Corporation for InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA.
