The pair earned recognition for their immeasurable hard work at Axley and contributions to the Wisconsin legal system.
Wichmann joined Axley over 23 years ago, and shepherded the firm’s growth by recruiting and training attorneys
and staff, keeping up with changing technology and improving accounting systems. His personality and sincerity in addition to his ability to develop talents in others made him stand out against the other firm administrator nominees.
Winch’s extreme dedication and professionalism in her work as well as her constant positive attitude and smile also made her an ideal candidate for this award.
