(Madison, Wis.) The Madison law firm Axley Brynelson, LLP is pleased to announce the recent hire of Timothy Barber, Sara Beachy, Peter Conrad, and Laura Hancock, as well as Michael Modl and Timothy Edwards’ newly elected positions.
Timothy Barber is an associate and member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Barber received his law degree from Marquette Law School in 2003. He worked as a law clerk for two years for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Jon Wilcox, and most recently practiced at the Hanaway Ross Law Firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin, before joining Axley Brynelson.
Sara Beachy is a recent graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. She was a law clerk for the firm in 2007, and is now a member of the Litigation Practice Group.
Peter Conrad was hired as an associate at Axley Brynelson after graduation from the University of Wisconsin Law School in May. Conrad is a member of the Construction & Transportation Focus Group and also clerked for the firm previous to earning is J.D.
Laura Hancock has been hired as a legal assistant at Axley Brynelson.
Michael Modl has been elected as chairman of the firm’s Litigation group.
Timothy Edwards, a partner, was named chairman of the Wisconsin Lawyer's Assistance Program (WisLAP), which provides confidential assistance to Wisconsin attorneys who suffer from addiction and mental health issues. He will serve as chairman for two years.
