(Madison, Wis.) Axley Brynelson law firm promoted Attorneys David Pelletier and Melissa Warner to partners in the firm.
David Pelletier practices primarily in the areas of bankruptcy, insolvency law, creditor's rights, commercial litigation, foreclosure, Chapter 128 Receiverships and workouts.
He received his law degree from the Villanova University School of Law.
Melissa Warner's practice concentrates on issues relating to tax planning and litigation, estate planning and general business law. She also co-founded and annually organizes By Women For Women, an annual executive women's golf outing that raised $145,000 for the Madison affiliate of the Susan G. Komen For The Cure over the last five years. Warner received her law degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and her Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Denver.
