The Wisconsin Supreme Court held on Tuesday that a woman who allowed a man and his dogs to live in her home is liable for the injuries the animals caused a neighbor. Axley Brynelson Attorney Timothy M. Barber co-authored the amicus brief arguing that a person who harbors a dog is strictly liable for its injuries.
