Patrick Fiedler is a partner at Axley and also a member of the Litigation Practice Group. Mr. Fiedler’s practice includes general civil litigation, commercial litigation, personal injury, family and divorce, criminal defense, and mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Fiedler has significant courtroom experience, both as a trial lawyer and as a judge. Prior to joining Axley, Mr. Fiedler was a circuit judge in Dane County, Wisconsin for 18 years. During his time on the bench, he handled thousands of cases in every type of area, including civil claims, family law and criminal law. As a lawyer, he tried 62 jury trials in state and federal courts, as well as numerous court trials. He also served as the United States Attorney for the Western District of Wisconsin for 3 ½ years during 1987 to 1991.

Mr. Fiedler’s extensive litigation background enables him to serve as a lawyer or a mediator/arbitrator on all types of disputed matters, including tort cases, construction cases, business disputes, and all types of family-related disputes.
