We give you a copy of your Contingent Fee Agreement before you retain us. We also discuss the terms of the contract with you and answer any questions you may have. The Contingent Fee Agreement for your case essentially is the standard fee agreement provided to hundreds of our satisfied clients.
A serious injury requires a qualified lawyer. Our early involvement substantially improves the chances of settlement and successful results for you. The law has specific time limits requiring various legal filings to protect your rights. By delaying, you may lose your rights to compensation.
