On July 17, 2009, Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle announced plans to use American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds to build a high-speed passenger rail service in southern Wisconsin between Madison and Milwaukee. Axley Brynelson’s Rail and Transportation Team closely monitors Wisconsin’s high-speed intercity passenger rail updates, and proactively identifies how our clients can benefit from the proposed plans.
