Rail and Transportation Team
Axley Brynelson’s Rail and Transportation Team has the combined government, legal and regulatory experience to address rail infrastructure, rail corridor and transportation services issues. On July 17, 2009, Wisconsin Governor Jim Doyle announced plans to use American Recovery and Reinvestment Act funds to build a high-speed passenger rail service in southern Wisconsin between Madison and Milwaukee. Axley Brynelson’s Rail and Transportation Team closely monitors Wisconsin’s high-speed intercity passenger rail updates, and proactively identifies how our clients can benefit from the proposed plans.
