Securities Arbitration
If you believe your financial advisor, investment manager or broker has mismanaged the money you entrusted to them, you have legal options available to help recover your losses. Options include arbitration, mediation, settlement and a lawsuit.

Arbitration is the most common method for resolving a case of securities mismanagement. In many cases, investors are required to use the arbitration process because they signed an "arbitration agreement" before doing business with the brokerage investment firm.

Other options may be available to you, and the attorneys at Axley can help.
