Mr. Fenner is a partner in the firm's Business Practice Group and the Litigation Practice Group. He concentrates his practice in municipal law, public and private finance, commercial lending, public utilities, business organizations, tax-exempt organizations and insurance, as well as mergers and acquisitions. He provides transactional counseling to clients in all of the foregoing areas. 

A nationally recognized authority on legal issues affecting insurance agency ownership and operations, Mr. Fenner is a frequent lecturer and instructor for the Independent Insurance Agents of Wisconsin. He also speaks at numerous insurance related conventions, meetings and workshops.
