Timothy Barber is an attorney and member of the Litigation Practice Group, Construction and Transportation Focus Group, and Labor and Employment Practice Group. Prior to joining Axley, Mr. Barber served as the law clerk to the Honorable Jon P. Wilcox on the Wisconsin Supreme Court (2003-05) and practiced law at a general practice firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin (2005-08).
Mr. Barber focuses on appellate practice, commercial litigation, and personal injury law. Mr. Barber has drafted and co-authored several briefs to the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and routinely assists in preparing amicus curiae motions and briefs to the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
Mr. Barber obtained his J.D. from Marquette University Law School in 2003, where he served on the editorial board of the Marquette Law Review and was Managing Editor of the Marquette Intellectual Property Law Review.
Mr. Barber is admitted to practice before the State of Wisconsin, Eastern District of Wisconsin and Western District of Wisconsin.
