Attorney Chuck Delorey is an associate attorney and member of the Business Practice Group at Axley. He focuses his practice on real estate transactions including sales and acquisitions, leasing and development, construction and land use. In addition to real estate, he also performs corporate transactional work such as corporate planning and formation; commercial contracting and negotiation; mergers and acquisitions; and venture capital and angel fundraising.
Chuck’s prior experience with a firm in Madison includes assisting early-stage and emerging growth companies with preparation of formation documents, capitalization and financing strategies, and various contracts including employment, consultation and customer/vendor agreements. He also developed experience reviewing and drafting documents related to complex real estate and corporate transactions including purchase agreements, leases, easements, stock redemption agreements and construction contracts.
During law school, Chuck worked for Judge Nicholas McNamara as a student intern where he researched case issues and wrote legal memoranda to aid in the issuance of opinions. He was also a market assessment intern for the Wisconsin Alumni Research Foundation.
In his spare time Chuck volunteers as a member of the PACK for the Henry Vilas Zoo and also coaches boys’ soccer at Lake Mills High School. He is an avid sports fan and music enthusiast, and he loves spending time outdoors with his wife and young daughter.
Mr. Delorey is licensed to practice in the state of Wisconsin.
