Attorney Jennifer Luther is a partner in Axley and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. She focuses her practice in commercial litigation, insurance claims & defense, and general civil litigation matters.

Prior to joining Axley, Ms. Luther practiced at another full-service law firm in Madison where she represented clients in all aspects of litigation and dispute resolution. Her diverse caseload included advising clients in commercial litigation as well as real estate, land use and zoning disputes. She also has experience representing individuals and insurers in personal injury, construction defect, premises liability and insurance coverage matters.

Ms. Luther graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While attending law school, Ms. Luther served as Senior Note & Comment Editor for the Wisconsin International Law Journal where she was awarded the Mary Kelly Quakenbush Memorial Award for outstanding article. She was also a participant in Moot Court.

Outside of her legal career, Ms. Luther is a dedicated long distance runner and competes in half-marathons. She recently took up cross-country skiing as a means of enjoying the long Wisconsin winters. During the summer months, she enjoys canoe-camping in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in Northern Minnesota.

Admitted to practice in the State Courts of Wisconsin and Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
