Jeremy Lange is an associate attorney and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, focusing his practice on civil litigation matters including breach of contract; municipal liability; construction defects; and professional errors and omissions.
Prior to joining Axley, Mr. Lange worked as an associate attorney at a civil litigation firm in Green Bay, Wisconsin – where he represented individuals, businesses, insurers and municipalities in all aspects of litigation. Most importantly, he managed a diverse caseload while maintaining strong client relationships.
Mr. Lange also served for two years as a staff attorney for the Dane County Circuit Court. Through his position, he honed his legal research and writing skills, as well as his knowledge of commercial law and insurance law complexities. In addition, through a summer clerkship at a Cleveland, Ohio law firm, Mr. Lange completed a pro bono research project for the Anti-Defamation League. He also helped in handling matters pertaining to international business, trusts and estates, and intellectual property.
Mr. Lange graduated cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School. While earning his Juris Doctor, Mr. Lange competed for the University’s Mock Trial Team; he was a semifinalist in the Texas Young Lawyers Association’s 2010 Regional Trial Advocacy Competition.
A Madison native and true leader, Mr. Lange devotes his free time to fostering Wisconsin communities. He is currently a volunteer with the Green Bay Miracle League, umpiring for a little league baseball program for children with disabilities and special needs.
Admitted to practice in the state courts of Wisconsin and Minnesota, and the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
