Attorney Nicole Ways is an associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Her main areas of practice include construction litigation, commercial litigation and insurance defense.
An honors graduate and scholarship recipient from Marquette University Law School, Attorney Ways is experienced in all facets of litigation from initial fact development to trial. Her experience extends to serving as first chair in a bench trial and second chair in several jury trials and multi-million dollar arbitrations. She frequently handles cases for architects, engineers, building owners, developers, accountants, financial advisors and insurance companies in the areas of commercial litigation, construction, premises liability and professional liability.
Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Ways spent several years practicing civil litigation defense at a large Midwest-based firm in its Milwaukee office, where she vice-chaired the firm’s Associate Committee.
When not in the office, Attorney Ways enjoys competing on her Peloton with her fiancé, exploring local restaurants and breweries, and cheering on the Brewers, Bucks, and Golden Eagles.
