About
Attorney Noah Rusch is an associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. Attorney Rusch practices in the areas of insurance defense and civil litigation.
Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Rusch worked at two different Madison-area firms where he assisted in navigating litigation in personal injury, malpractice, landlord-tenant, and business law issues. He has prepared pleadings, discovery responses, briefs, motions, and mediation statements.
Before graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School, he was an intern for Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice Shirley Abrahamson where he conducted legal research and analysis on complex legal issues. In addition, he worked for the Wisconsin Innocence Project as a Student Associate to help vigorously investigate and litigate claims of individuals that may have been wrongfully accused. Throughout law school, Attorney Rusch competed on the Moot Court team and served as a coach. He was also a writer for the International Law Journal.
In his free time, Attorney Rusch enjoys weightlifting, cooking new foods, practicing drums, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.
