Axley is happy to announce the addition of Attorney Steven Grimm to our group of estate planning and tax attorneys. Attorney Grimm brings over 20 years of experience in law and accounting from his time as an attorney and a CPA. He focuses his practice on helping owners of closely-held businesses navigate their unique legal and tax issues especially succession planning and purchases and sales. Due to his unique experience, Attorney Grimm is able to assist clients in finding solutions that are strong from both a legal and tax perspective.
Attorney Grimm is a frequent author and has been included in publications such as the Wisconsin Lawyer. He is also the co-author of two legal treatises (i) Eckhardt’s Workbook for Wisconsin Estate Planners, published by the Wisconsin State Bar; and (ii) the Wisconsin Practice Series on Postmortem Administration, published by Thomson Reuters.
