Axley is excited to announce that two Axley attorneys, Paul Matenaer and Sterling Knoche, were inducted into the Order of the Coif, a national honor society that is considered one of the highest academic distinctions a law school graduate can receive.
Attorneys Matenaer and Knoche officially joined Axley in 2022 after graduating from the University of Wisconsin Law School. To gain membership into the Order of the Coif, inductees must have earned a J.D. and achieved high scholastic ranking among graduating classmates. There were a total of 22 inductees for 2022.
“Attorneys Matenaer and Knoche clerked at Axley before graduating from law school, and it was apparent that both were bright and hard-working with outstanding potential,” said Axley Managing Partner Greg Collins. “We congratulate them both on this achievement and are excited to see the impact such talented lawyers will have on the profession as they continue to learn and grow their practice at our firm.”
