Axley Attorney Heath Straka was voted “Best Attorney” in the 2019 Best of Cottage Grove edition of the Monona/Cottage Grove Herald-Independent Community Newspaper made public on November 7th.
Winners are selected each year using a reader’s survey of several hundred people in the local area.
Attorney Straka is a partner at Axley focusing his practice on personal injury, general litigation involving employment and construction disputes and also complex litigation and class actions involving product liability claims and wage and hour violations. Heath is fluent in Spanish, and is also the immediate Past President of the Wisconsin Association for Justice – the state-wide association of trial attorneys.
