Axley is excited to announce the arrival of Attorney Don Gallo to the Environmental Practice Group at our Waukesha office. Mr. Gallo brings to Axley nearly 30 years of legal experience and more than 40 years of experience in environmental engineering. In the course of his practice, Mr. Gallo assists clients on a broad range of environmental issues such as wetland and waterway permitting, hazardous waste compliance, and brownfield development projects.
He frequently works with petroleum convenient stores, foundries, dry cleaners and commercial laundries, breweries, solid waste management and recycling operations, chemical manufacturers, and landfills.
In addition to advising clients, Mr. Gallo has served on advisory committees for the development of several Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources and Department of Commerce regulations and is the author of several brownfields initiatives.
