Beware: BadgerCare Scammers

According to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection (DATCP), scammers have been targeting residents of Fox River Valley, Wisconsin, who are enrolled in the BadgerCare Plus program. The scammers call these residents, claim their eligibility for a $200 stipend from the state, and then ask for their bank account information to make the «deposits.»
