Permitting & Licensing

Axley’s Construction Team includes experienced attorneys who can assist in obtaining whatever permit or licensing needed. We work regularly with government agencies such as DOT, DNR and numerous municipalities. We have permitting and licensing attorneys that have worked in government positions. Accordingly, they know how to work quickly through the various bureaucracies to cut the red tape. In appropriate circumstances, we reach out to the highest levels of government to green light important projects facing critical time-sensitive deadlines. We also pride ourselves on creative solutions to obtain prompt and cost effective results. The aggregate industry includes quarries, gravel pits, frac sand sites and process of these products. Our team uses its knowledge of the industry and history with numerous clients to creatively work with governmental agencies to obtain all appropriate permits.
