Attorney Michelle E. Martin is a partner at Axley Brynelson, LLP, and a member of the firm’s Management Team, practicing for over 30 years primarily in the areas of real estate and business. She is a Waukesha County Condemnation Commissioner.
Mrs. Martin has extensive real estate experience in condemnation and eminent domain, land use and zoning, easements, riparian rights, tax assessments, development, leasing, and commercial and industrial transactions. She represents clients in condemnation matters (acquisition and litigation) relating to electric transmission lines, natural gas pipelines, telecommunications, highways, airports, water, sewer, and other development.
Attorney Martin also assists clients in developing, acquiring, and managing commercial and industrial properties. She presents on topics relating to eminent domain to various organizations.
Admitted to practice in the State Courts of Wisconsin and Federal Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin.
