About

Attorney Adam Bazelon is a partner and member of Axley’s Litigation Practice Group. Attorney Bazelon concentrates his commercial litigation practice on real estate disputes, contract disputes, construction defect litigation, and liability defense.  He routinely represents businesses, governmental entities, insurance companies, landowners and condominium associations in state and federal courts.  As part of Attorney Bazelon’s real estate practice, he litigates eminent domain acquisitions and assists clients with title defect issues, commercial lease disputes, covenant interpretation and enforcement as well as boundary disputes and adverse possession matters.

While Attorney Bazelon’s number-one goal is always to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible, he has successfully first-chaired numerous jury and bench trials.

Attorney Bazelon serves as a commissioner for the Milwaukee County Condemnation Commission. In addition, he is on the Board of Appeals and Ethics Board for the Village of Fox Point and serves as a co-chair for the Real Property Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association.

When not in the office, Attorney Bazelon enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids participate in sports, and running.
