About
Attorney Adam Bazelon is a partner at Axley and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He is an experienced litigator who represents clients in state and federal courts, with an emphasis on real estate‑related litigation, contract disputes, liability defense, and insurance coverage. Attorney Bazelon routinely represents businesses, governmental entities, insurance companies, landowners, and condominium associations in high‑stakes matters.
As part of his real estate practice, he litigates eminent domain acquisitions, title disputes, property tax objections, covenant interpretation and enforcement as well as boundary disputes and adverse possession matters.
While Attorney Bazelon’s number one goal is always to resolve disputes as quickly and efficiently as possible, he is nonetheless a seasoned trial lawyer who has successfully first‑chaired numerous jury and bench trials.
Attorney Bazelon serves as a commissioner for the Milwaukee County Condemnation Commission. In addition, he is on the Board of Appeals and Ethics Board for the Village of Fox Point.
Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, watching his kids participate in sports, and running.
