Intellectual Property

Axley can assist clients in a variety of intellectual property or “IP” matters, including both protecting IP rights and enforcing them.  We assist clients in registering federal trademarks and copyrights, as well as in drafting agreements, such as license or assignment agreements, that protect or transfer IP rights.  For patent matters, we co-counsel with a variety of experienced patent-law specialist firms.  We also enforce IP rights on behalf of our clients through direct actions including, if necessary, litigation.
