Kathleen Bodenbach

Attorney Kate Bodenbach is a senior associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group. She focuses her practice primarily on advising business owners on corporate and legal matters, including, business formations, mergers and acquisitions, and acquiring, leasing and selling commercial and residential real estate.

Attorney Bodenbach works with start-ups and businesses of all sizes on legal matters from day to day operations and general corporate governance to negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, and performing due diligence. In addition, she reviews and drafts, commercial real estate documents and leases, real estate development and land use documents, easements, and construction agreements and construction liens. She also drafts services agreements for businesses large and small in a wide variety of industries, such as, landscaping, lawn care, snow removal, and many other customer agreements.

When not in the office, Attorney Bodenbach enjoys spending time with her friends and extended family. She also loves cheering on Wisconsin sports, exploring local restaurants, and picking up a good book to read.
