Attorney Nicholas Frawley is an associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Business Practice Group.
Attorney Frawley works with businesses of all sizes on matters including contract negotiation and drafting, real estate, and general corporate law.
Attorney Frawley received his juris doctor from Marquette University Law School and holds a Sports Law Certificate from the National Sports Law Institute. While enrolled, he was the recipient of the Thomas More Law Scholarship, the Chief Justice Hallows Memorial Scholarship, and the Joseph E. Tierney, Jr. Memorial Scholarship.
During law school, Attorney Frawley served as the Treasurer of the Real Estate Law Society, acted as an Academic Success Program Leader for Civil Procedure, and held roles as a 1L Orientation Leader and an Admissions Ambassador. Additionally, he served as the Comment Editor for the Marquette Law Review and the Marquette Sports Law Review.
Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Frawley worked with the firm as a Summer Associate in 2024, where he conducted research and drafted memorandums on condemnation, riparian rights, adverse possession, and estate planning matters. He also clerked at several respected law firms within Wisconsin, where he gained experience in civil litigation, sports law, and NIL (Name, Image, and Likeness) contract work.
Attorney Frawley earned his undergraduate degree from Purdue University, graduating summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Law & Society, with minors in Organizational Leadership and Forensic Science. He was a member of the Student Government, Communications Liaison Secretary of the Sociology and Law & Society Club, and Corresponding Secretary of Phi Gamma Delta. Attorney Frawley was a recipient of the Presidential Scholarship, the Doc Crowder Award, and was named Interfraternity Council Scholar of the Year.
While gaining his undergraduate degree, Attorney Frawley worked as a Judicial Intern, and following his time as an undergraduate, worked as a Contract Analyst and volunteered as a Secretary for a Homeowners Association in the State of Indiana.
When not in the office, Attorney Frawley enjoys spending time with friends and family, watching sports, golfing, attending live music events, and being by the water.
