Attorney Tyler Manley is an associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s business practice group. Attorney Manley focuses his practice in the areas of general business, intellectual property, and real estate, zoning, land use and development. Additionally, he also assists clients with their various estate planning needs.
Attorney Manley grew up working for various small businesses owned by his family in Southern Wisconsin. His background instilled the importance of providing timely, cost-effective legal services to his business clients. Whether he is drafting a succession plan, incorporating an LLC, or giving general business guidance, Attorney Manley excels at both communication and efficiency. His goal is to make an often stressful and complex legal process both simple and manageable for the client.
Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Manley worked for a reputable business law firm in Janesville, Wisconsin, where he practiced real estate, business, and trust law. During that time, he frequently drafted various business organizational documents, commercial and residential real estate transactional documents, and estate plans. He is also a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review.
In his free time, you will often find Attorney Manley enjoying the outdoors with family and friends, developing his culinary skills with his wife, or spending a Sunday afternoon indulging in a good book, televisions series, or sporting event.
