About

Attorney Connor Mooney is a senior associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Litigation Practice Group. He focuses his practice on claims and civil litigation, including construction defects and delays, design errors and omissions, and contract disputes, representing both individuals and businesses on projects ranging from small-scale residential to large-scale commercial. He also handles matters involving catastrophic property damage, professional liability, bodily injury, and complex insurance claims.

Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Mooney worked for two reputable law firms in Madison, Wisconsin, where he practiced litigation, workers’ compensation, medical malpractice, and transactional law. Attorney Mooney also has extensive experience working within the judicial system. He served as an aide to several judges, including the Supreme Court of Wisconsin, the Dane County Circuit Court (Branches 11 and 16), and the Michigan 10th Circuit Court, providing support on case management, legal research, and drafting of judicial opinions.

Outside of work, Attorney Mooney enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, cycling around the lakes of Madison, and riding his motorcycle. He also cherishes time with his dog and volunteers alongside his wife with the Dane County Big Brother Big Sister program.
