Axley’s 2015 Employment Law Update Seminar
Axley’s annual, complimentary Employment Law Update Seminar will be held on December 3rd at The Madison Concourse Hotel. The event begins with a lunch served at noon, followed by presentations from 1:00pm-5:00pm. The seminar will conclude with appetizers and drinks on Axley. The agenda is below.

1:00pm – 1:50pm — EEOC 2015 The Milwaukee Year in Review by Rosemary Fox, Director of the Milwaukee Area Office of the EEOC: The Director of the EEOC’s Milwaukee Office discusses critical developments in discrimination law this past year and the EEOC’s priorities in the future.
1:50pm – 2:25pm — What’s New with the National Labor’s Relation Board by Attorney Mike Westcott: The NLRB’s rules and rulings continue to pressure and impact both unionized and non-unionized employers.
2:25pm – 3:15pm — Employment Case Law Update by Attorney Saul Glazer and Attorney Tim Barber: Ch-ch-ch-changes — Pregnancy discrimination, religious discrimination, same sex marriage – The U.S. Supreme Court’s 2014-2015 employment law decisions.
