Join Axley attorney Paul Curtis as he presents an in-house jury trial overview CLE in Axley’s Madison office. The presentation will be based upon a recent jury trial victory where the plaintiffs alleged millions of dollars in damages to their dairy cow herd caused by “bad feed” supplements formulated and supplied by Curtis’s client’s agricultural cooperative. Curtis plans to cover everything from pre-trial preparations to post-verdict motions.
