Along with six other speakers — including Governor Scott Walker and Secretary for the Wisconsin Department of Revenue Richard Chandler — Attorney Brian Mullins spoke at a Wisconsin Transportation Builders Association (WTBA) convention Thursday. Mullins used the lawsuit, Showers Appraisals v. Musson Bros. Inc., to exemplify the issue of if and when a roadbuilder is entitled to sovereign immunity from third party claims for damages caused by the roadbuilder’s negligence.
