Attorney Guy DuBeau was honored to provide input that led to legislation signed into law by Governor Walker last Friday.
DuBeau served on a “blue ribbon panel,” which Justice Prosser suggested be convened in his concurrence to the case of Jandre v. Bullis. The bill signed amends sec. 448.30, which governs the informed consent discussion physicians must have with their patients.
