Axley is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Danielle Baudhuin, Chuck Delorey and Kristin Pierre to the firm. Ms. Baudhuin and Ms. Pierre will be joining Axley’s litigation practice group, while Mr. Delorey will be in the firm’s business practice group.
Danielle E. Baudhuin
Attorney Danielle Baudhuin is an associate attorney focusing her practice on a variety of civil law areas, including commercial litigation, business law, contractual disputes and general civil litigation. Ms. Baudhuin graduated among the top students of her class with three years on the Dean’s List from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Law School. She joins Axley after practicing at a small firm in Middleton, WI.
Charles R. Delorey
Attorney Chuck Delorey is an associate attorney focusing his practice on real estate transactions including sales and acquisitions, leasing and development, construction and land use. In addition to real estate, he also performs corporate transactional work such as corporate planning and formation; commercial contracting and negotiation; mergers and acquisitions; and venture capital and angel fundraising. He joins Axley after practicing at another local Madison firm where he assisted early-stage and emerging growth companies.
Kristin Renee Pierre
Attorney Kristin Pierre is an associate attorney focusing her practice on a variety of issues within the area of civil litigation, including insurance defense, construction, personal injury, contractual disputes, and premises liability as well as those areas of civil litigation unique to municipal corporations. Ms. Pierre joins Axley after working for an insurance defense and workers compensation defense litigation firm in Milwaukee. She has experience working with a wide variety of clients from family-owned small businesses to Fortune 500 companies.
