By Women For Women, an organization pioneered by Axley Attorneys Becky Orvick and Melissa Warner, finished its eighth annual women’s golf outing by raising a record $55,000 for breast cancer research and local services. To date the organization has donated $330,000 to local breast cancer charities.Over 150 golfers participated in this year’s event, sporting a sea of pink attire to recognize the cause.“The turnout and participation in these events has been amazing,” said Axley Attorney Becky Orvick, “we really want to thank the community for wholeheartedly joining us in our efforts to see breast cancer eradicated.”Proceeds from the event will benefit Susan G.
