Axley is pleased to announce the addition of Attorney Jordyn Janikowski to the Waukesha Office. Attorney Janikowski is a business attorney concentrating her practice on general business, contract negotiation and drafting, business start-ups, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability companies, and succession planning.
Attorney Janikowski is a cum laude graduate of Marquette University Law School and a prior law clerk at Axley. Her experience extends to drafting bylaws, articles of incorporation, and estate planning documents. In addition, she served as a legal volunteer for the Marquette Volunteer Legal Clinic and the Domestic Violence Injunctions Pro Bono Project.
With an undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Attorney Janikowski is a strong advocate for her business clients, able to understand and anticipate their unique legal needs.
