Bruce Harms is a partner who focuses his practice on representation of businesses with regard to entity formation, contract negotiations, general business matters and relationships between co-owners, securities matters, individual, corporate, and partnership tax planning, representation of real estate developers and buyers and sellers of real estate, lender/borrower representation and estate planning. He is also transportation attorney as part of the firm’s Rail and Transportation Team. Mr. Harms is a senior lecturer at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Business, teaching various law-related topics since 1975.
