(Waukesha, WI) – Axley is excited to announce the addition of Attorney Adam Bazelon to the firm’s Waukesha Office. Attorney Bazelon will be joining the firm’s Litigation Practice Group, and his main practice areas will be eminent domain, property tax and real estate litigation. Attorney Bazelon also has significant experience in handling matters involving title defects, commercial lease disputes, construction defects, covenant interpretation and enforcement, as well as boundary disputes and adverse possession claims.
Joining Axley from a well-respected firm in Milwaukee, WI, Attorney Bazelon has a statewide litigation practice representing businesses, landowners, governmental entities, as well as condominium and homeowners associations.
Attorney Bazelon serves as a member of the Milwaukee County Condemnation Commission. Additionally, he’s a member on the Board of Appeals and Ethics Board for the Village of Fox Point, and he’s a co-chair of the Real Property Section of the Milwaukee Bar Association.
