Axley is pleased to announce the addition of attorneys Aneet Kaur and Jennifer Luther to the firm. Both attorneys will be joining Axley’s litigation practice group.
Aneet Kaur
Aneet Kaur is an associate attorney focusing her practice in civil litigation, insurance defense, labor and employment law, and worker’s compensation defense. Ms. Kaur joins Axley after practicing at another well-respected, Madison-area law firm where she defended employers and insurance carriers in worker’s compensation cases, spoke on behalf of the defense regarding legislative changes and case law updates, and presented training seminars to both employers and insurance carriers.
Jennifer Luther
Attorney Jennifer Luther is an associate attorney focusing her practice in commercial litigation, insurance claims & defense, and general civil litigation matters. Prior to joining Axley, Ms. Luther practiced at another full-service law firm in Madison where her diverse caseload included advising clients in commercial litigation as well as real estate, land use and zoning disputes. She also has experience representing individuals and insurers in personal injury, construction defect, premises liability and insurance coverage matters.
