(Waukesha, WI) – Axley is excited to announce the addition of Attorney Adam Barraza to the firm’s Waukesha Office. Attorney Barraza will be joining the firm’s Litigation and Business practice groups.
Joining Axley from a well-respected firm in Milwaukee, WI, Attorney Barraza is knowledgeable in defending Wisconsin workers’ compensation claims. Additionally, Attorney Barraza holds experience in negotiating non-disclosure agreements for merger and acquisition transactions and worked with private equity firms and target companies to establish negotiating parameters.
Attorney Barraza graduated from Marquette University Law School where he was the Managing Editor for the Marquette Law Review, Volume 102. Attorney Barraza served as a research assistant for Dean Nadelle Grossman for two years, helping her with various tasks related to publishing Contracts in Context: From Transaction to Litigation, a textbook written by Dean Grossman and Professor Eric Zacks at Wayne State University. He was also an Academic Success Program Leader for Contracts and Civil Procedure, and he was an inductee in the Pro Bono Society and an Entertainment Law Society member.
