The Wisconsin Law Journal recognized Axley Attorney Aneet Kaur as an Up and Coming Lawyer for 2019 at its event last night in Milwaukee. Up and Coming Lawyers recognizes attorneys that are making an impact in the legal profession early in their careers. Attorney Kaur has earned her spot amongst this talented group through hard work and by achieving countless positive, and impressive, results for clients throughout her career.
In the past two years, Attorney Kaur litigated four eminent domain trials and is trying her fifth case in a few weeks. Due to her superb litigation and writing skills, she is routinely requested by both Axley Attorneys and clients alike. When Attorney Kaur isn’t working a case, she is a frequent contributor to the Wisconsin Employment Law Letter and serves on the board for Food Fight, Inc. She is also a regular speaker at various seminars relating to employment law, health law, and insurance law.
In her practice today, Attorney Kaur focuses mainly on eminent domain, employment law and general litigation. She enjoys new challenges as a litigator, and her ability to quickly learn and adapt to the nuances of each case make her an asset to her clients. Attorney Kaur excels at explaining the basic elements of a case to clients so they not only feel included, but also understand the overall strategy and procedure.
