Axley is excited to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm’s Waukesha office. Attorney Gina Leali joins Axley’s family law practice group, and Attorney Katy Adler joins the firm’s business practice group.
Attorney Gina Leali is a senior associate at Axley and assists clients with a wide variety of family law matters including divorce, annulment, legal separation, spousal support, custody, placement, child support, prenuptial agreements, and guardianships. Through attention to detail, Attorney Leali negotiates and resolves complex property disputes and rigorously advocates for clients through motion practice, preparation, and presentation of memoranda and witness testimony, where necessary. Prior to joining Axley, Attorney Leali worked for two reputable law firms in the Greater Chicago area, where she managed various contested and uncontested family law matters including prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, divorce, parentage, protective orders and post-decree modification matters.
Attorney Katy Adler is an associate at Axley and focuses her practice on estate planning and general business. She assists clients with estate planning including last will and testament, trusts, health and financial powers of attorney, martial property agreements, advanced directives, and HIPAA authorizations. In addition, Attorney Adler aids clients with business succession plans and general business guidance. Prior to joining Axley as an associate, Attorney Adler served as a summer associate with the firm. Attorney Adler is also a Licensed Professional Counselor and a graduate of Illinois State University with a Master of Science in Clinical-Counseling Psychology. Before attending law school, she worked as a mental health counselor and victim advocate in a variety of settings.
