Axley is excited to announce the addition of two new attorneys to the firm. Attorney Amber Larson joins Axley’s Labor and Employment Practice Group at the firm’s Madison office. Attorney Nicholas Frawley joins Axley’s Business Practice Group at the firm’s Waukesha office. Both attorneys previously served as Summer Associates with Axley and bring exceptional academic backgrounds and hands-on legal experience to their roles.
Attorney Amber Larson represents employers in all areas of labor and employment law, including hiring and firing practices, workplace policies, wage and hour compliance, and employment discrimination. She earned her J.D. cum laude from the University of Wisconsin Law School with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law with Honors. During law school, she served as Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, worked in the Restraining Order & Survivor Advocacy Clinic, and received top performance awards in multiple employment law courses.
Attorney Nicholas Frawley assists clients with corporate and real estate transactions, contract drafting and negotiation, and general business matters. He earned his J.D. from Marquette University Law School, where he also earned a Sports Law Certificate. While in law school, he served as Comment Editor for both the Marquette Law Review and Sports Law Review, and was active in student leadership roles, including Treasurer of the Real Estate Law Society and an Academic Success Program Leader.
Both attorneys bring additional professional experience to their practices – Attorney Larson from her work on litigation and trial preparation at Axley and prior municipal legal internships, and Attorney Frawley from clerkships with firms across Wisconsin and previous roles involving civil litigation and NIL contract analysis. Their deep legal insight and strong work ethic will further strengthen Axley’s client-focused service.
