Attorney Amber Larson is an associate at Axley and a member of the firm’s Labor and Employment Practice Group.
Attorney Larson represents management in all phases of labor and employment, including employee handbooks, hiring, firing and discharge, wage and hour, employment discrimination, and workplace harassment.
Attorney Larson graduated cum laude from UW-Madison Law School, with a concentration in Labor and Employment Law with Honors. She was awarded Best Performance in a Course for Labor Relations Law, Employment Discrimination Law, and Law Leadership and Professional Identity. During law school, Attorney Larson acted as Managing Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review, worked in the Restraining Order & Survivor Advocacy Clinic, and served as a Fellow and Discussion Group Leader in the Academic Enhancement Program.
Prior to joining Axley as an associate, Attorney Larson worked with the firm as a Summer Associate in both 2023 and 2024. She assisted with litigation and transactional matters, advised clients in collective bargaining and employment issues, and participated in trial preparation and hearings. She also brings several years of prior legal internship experience supporting municipal legal matters, court filings, and case development.
Attorney Larson received her undergraduate degree from Carroll University, graduating magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and Psychology. She was a member of the Psi Chi International Honor Society and a two-time Delta Sigma Nu recipient.
When not in the office, Attorney Larson enjoys pilates, reading, traveling, being outdoors, and spending time with her friends and family.
